Guide:How to connect

First of all, Welcome to GM Server and the staff hope you will enjoy play here.

To play on our server:

1. Get Lineage 2 Interlude, or update your C5 client to Interlude by using the LineageII.exe in the main Lineage II folder and then click Check Files.

2. Download this patch and overwrite into your Lineage II folder: http://www15.rapidupload.com/file.php?filepath=35945

And l2.ini.. this file u add on lineage2/system and replace the old with the new...l2.ini maybe update every few days

3. Accounts are auto-created

HeadGameMasters:HGMLiBo,HGMRaVeN,HGMVayne Pm on hgms to give you gm rights..

The last l2.ini u can find on how to connect forum /l2.ini file

IRC Information

We ask every user of GM Server to idle in IRC.

You can download an irc client from: www.mirc.com

- All important issues will be announced and discussed there.
- Talk to the owner and the GM's, even when they're not ingame.
- Talk to other players for a greater community. Recruit for your clans, manage parties and raids etc.
- Its a live chat guys, its a chance to have your requests heard right away, instead of waiting for a reply on the boards

So come on everyone, lets make this a greater community and join us in the gmserver mIRC community channel.


On a side note, requests like rebooting the server or anything of the likes, are better fit in the channel than on the boards. Kinda waste to create a thread, only for a temporary request like a reboot. Lets keep the simple and temporary issues in the channel, and the real discussions here. This is the DISCUSSION BOARD after all
